Warranty

On all of its mini splits, Mitsubishi offers their standard 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the time the unit is purchased. If the unit is installed following state and local codes and the unit is registered through Mitsubishi, the unit’s warranty is extended to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty, giving you peace of mind that if a rare issue does occur on your unit, you are covered.

With its variable speed Inverter-driven compressor and variable speed air handler that allows the unit to ramp up and down based on the needs of your room, the Mitsubishi PUZ-A24NHA7 is designed with enhanced capabilities to meet the goals of your space—from enhanced comfort to light-industrial climate control. The unit also has adjustable vane setting for airflow direction control, as well as automated fan speed mode. Paired with a 24-hour continuous mode operation in cooling mode, these features allow you to be able to leave the PUZ-A24NHA7 unattended for an extended amount of time and it will still be able to do its job sufficiently for nearly any application need.

Mitsubishi manufactures special brand-specific thermostats and controllers for their mini-splits. The PUZ-A24NHA7 comes with a series-standard remote, but other Mitsubishi controllers with the right configuration can be used on this unit. One such option, the Kumo Cloud found here, allows you to connect your unit to WiFi and provides convenient control directly to your phone whenever you have Internet access.
