The Mitsubishi PUZ-A36NKA7 is designed with an output of 36,000 BTU, or about enough to cover larger spaces depending on climate and other variables. In some cases, the unit can also cover two average-sized adjacent spaces when the ductwork branches off.

Warranty

Straight from the manufacturer, the unit has a 5 year parts warranty and 7 year compressor warranty. With installation that follows the equipment’s state and local codes and when the unit is registered online through Mitsubishi, the warranty is upgraded to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty.

While Mitsubishi has a lot of thermostats in their lineup, the manufacturer also provides an optional WiFi adapter. The Kumo Cloud, found here, allows access to your unit whenever you need it. All you need for this feature to work is Internet and the Kumo Cloud application, available on both the App Store and Google Play.
