Warranty

Mitsubishi provides a 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the factory. When the unit is installed following your state and local codes and is registered online through the manufacturer, the warranty is upgraded to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty.

The Mitsubishi MFZ-KJ12NA / MUFZ-KJ12NAHZ is engineered with automatic adjustments to keep the room’s temperature at the operator’s desired setting, keeping you more comfortable in the space you are trying to heat and cool. The Mitsubishi MFZ-KJ12NA / MUFZ-KJ12NAHZ’s air handler is manufactured as a slim, low-clearance system, with a bottom clearance of only 3” since the system is designed to have a top output. This small form factor and clearance allows the unit to be installed for more applications, all the while still able to easily heat and cool the room in which it is installed.
