With an output of 18,000 BTU, the Mitsubishi MLZ-KP18NA / SUZ-KA18NA2 is suitable up to a medium-sized room in an average climate. The unit also has a 22.3 SEER rating, making it able to efficiently heat and cool your home with ease. Please note that for all of these cassettes, a grille is required for proper installation and is available as an additional accessory.

Warranty

Mitsubishi provides a 5 year parts and 7 year compressor warranty from the factory. When the unit is installed following your state and local codes and is registered online through the manufacturer, the warranty is upgraded to a 10 year parts and compressor warranty.
