The Mitsubishi SEZ-KD15NA4R1.TH / SUZ-KA15NAHZ ducted mini split is designed to be a much smaller version of an all-electric central heat pump central system. As the air handler is designed to fit in smaller spaces such as in the ceiling or wall instead of needing its own closet, the unit also has a lower output than many central systems. As a result, in most houses, you will need more than one to cover the entire house depending on your home’s needs. Moreover, the unit can either be blown directly into a space with proper mounting equipment or it can blow through ductwork first. This allows you to direct the airflow into one room or branch it off into multiple rooms, making it ready for multiple installation applications.
