- Great unitI bought this unit for a rental. I could have bought an A/C upgrade for the forced air heating unit in the house, but this was my third mini split install and it was only a third the cost. The renters are very happy with it for a 1200 sq. Ft. House it keeps it cool when we get over 100° in the summer. They love the wifi connection and are able to warm the house or cool it before they get home. Good price and easy installation.

- Very happyThe unit arrived in good shape although the pallet was damaged. It's been installed for about two weeks. Unfortunately the temperatures took a bit of a nose dive and we have only used the AC once. I was able to program the thermostat, but had some trouble hooking the unit to the wifi. I will attempt again next week. Overall I'm very happy. Everything I needed was sent. Because the walls are thick I had to cut a piece of 3" pvc pipe instead of using the supplied pipe

- Very happyI was overall very happy with my order, both of the Mr.Cool units were relatively easy to install and both are running fine. I was also very happy with how well you guys packaged the pallet that I received, you wrapped the pallet and put big thick cardboard around the whole thing which did a great job of protecting my expensive purchase while in transit. In fact the freight driver even commented on how impressed he was with the packing, remarking that most places wouldn't exercise that level of care.
