- Damaged ProductThe price was the best I could find online. Communication was great, delivery was easy, product was as-described. I thought everything was great until I unboxed the unit. There was a bit of damage to the box, but nothing crazy - no big deal. However, the outdoor unit had some damage to the mounting feet, one of the panels was loose and not secured, and the easy connect hose was missing the caps. I'm finishing the install this weekend so we'll see if everything works properly, but it seems like I received a unit that someone returned previously. Not crazy about paying full price for something that someone had either already used or was damaged and repackaged.
