With a system input of 70,000 BTU, The Style Crest-Revolv MG1E-B070F1ABM1 furnace can generally heat small to medium mobile homes in ideal applications. With a basic efficiency rating of 80% AFUE, this input equates to an output of 56,000 BTU, and 80% of the fuel going into the unit is contributed to heating your home and the remaining 20% of the fuel is lost out of the flue venting and is used up in normal furnace operations. - Terrific jobI purchased this furnace from HVAC Direct to replace an existing furnace in an old manufactured home. The specs and manual were available for the unit and were accurate ensuring that i was purchasing an appropriate unit. A service representative reached out to verify I didn't forget to purchase a flashing kit, which i appreciated because it would have been a problem if i had forgotten. Upon arrival the unit had some minor damage to the door. I reached out to HVAC Direct with pictures and an explanation of what I received and they sent me a new door without hesitation. Problems are inevitable, it is how a business handles problems that show if a business is good or bad. HVAC Direct definitely showed me they are a good business. I will purchase equipment from them again in the future and do recommended purchasing equipment from them.

- Overall good experienceShipping was super fast, it was delivered in just a few days. Well packed, no issues or damage. Freight company gave a days notice and showed up on time. Furnace seems to work well, blower and inducer are much louder than the old one, border line irritatingly loud, but moves quite a bit more air as well.

- Positive ExperienceAll in all a positive experience. The furnace works well and installed very easy. Delivery was very quick. Customer service leaves a little to be desired as I had to call twice to get an email receipt. Turns out my name was spelled wrong and I did correct it below. I ended up having to send an email to customer service and they replied with a receipt. Also a little disappointing the warranty is limited as I installed myself. Small things that will not hold me back from buying from your company again.

- Product working wellThe product is working well so far. My only complaint is with R&L Carriers that delivered the unit. These clowns just dropped it. No phone call for a day to arrive. Or knock on the door or anything. My roommate was home but had no idea it was outside at the end of the drive. No one signed for it or had a chance to inspect it. I work in the LTL freight business. I know what there damage rate is. Not giving customers a chance to check for damage is unacceptable. Let alone then not calling.. or knocking.. it Sat outside for hours before it was noticed. It could have easily been stolen.. also unacceptable. When I bought it the video said they would call and set up a day and time window.. they just didn't care.. absolutely ridiculous.
