With a basic efficiency rating of 14.3 SEER2 , this condenser will be adequate for most applications and following most state efficiency requirements. If you are coming from our site’s calculator, please note that it is a good idea to upsize any calculation by a ton to compensate for limited insulation and other factors that cause a mobile home to differ from traditional home sizing. Please note that this condenser requires a compatible quick connect coil and an accompanying blower to function.

This is the second unit for a second home I purchased. The unit(s) were easy replacements, this one for a gas furnace. Unit is quiet, albeit not as efficient as I hoped. Service man only had one grumble, the code screen is behind a plate that has no view window.

I really appreciated the fast two day delivery on the HVAC unit!......
Its been a do it yourself project, the instruction could have been a little more clearer, with more information on the contoller board....but its installed and operating smoothly.....so far, very satisfied!
