The integrated high-heat gas furnace provides high-capacity heating to help maintain comfortable indoor temperatures during colder weather. The GDK150A4EHA uses a tubular heat exchanger design engineered for heat transfer and durability, while the gas heat configuration supports dependable commercial heating performance. An LP conversion kit is provided as standard for conversion from natural gas to propane when required and installed according to applicable requirements.
The two-scroll-compressor cooling system provides 140,000 BTU of AHRI-rated cooling capacity with an IEER of 14.0 and an EER of 11.0. Staged cooling capacity helps support efficient operation at varying load conditions while the R-454B refrigerant platform provides a lower-GWP refrigerant solution for this Foundation packaged rooftop unit.

The GDK150A4EHA uses two scroll compressors and microchannel outdoor and indoor coils to support effective heat transfer and reliable system operation.

Single-point power, single-side service, and provisions for through-the-base connections further support practical commercial installation and service.

Foundation units in the 3-12.5 ton range use electromechanical controls, providing straightforward control and service access for light commercial applications. Compatible control and ventilation accessories can be selected to provide additional system functionality where required.

The Trane Foundation product line includes a 1-year limited parts warranty and a 5-year limited compressor warranty. An optional factory-installed stainless steel heat exchanger is covered by a 10-year limited warranty.
