Combining medium-heat gas heating with 86,000 BTU cooling capacity, this all-in-one rooftop system helps deliver year-round comfort while simplifying equipment placement and installation with a factory-assembled packaged design. The unit operates on 460V, three-phase, 60 Hz power and uses R-454B refrigerant.
