The Goodman GCVM970804CN furnace is a high-efficient gas furnace that features a modulating gas valve and a variable-speed circulating blower provides efficient and economical performance.Unlike single stage gas furnaces that operate either all on or all off, a Goodman modulating gas furnace typically runs at the lowest possible speed to precisely maintain a constant, steady temperature in your house. This furnace is designed to be installed in either a downflow or horizontal configuration. Not intended for mobile homes.

Goodman AC - The GSX140181 Goodman Air Conditioner Condenser uses the chlorine-free refrigerant R-410A to help prevent damage to the Ozone Layer. This air conditioner 1.5 TON is equipped with sound-dampening features to provide operating sound levels are among the lowest in the heating and cooling industry. Using high-quality components,the Goodman GSX140181 air conditioner condenser an be either 14 or 15 SEER depending on which indoor unit it is paired with. If it is installed with the manufacturer-recommended evaporator coil, variable speed furnace, variable speed air handler, or variable speed modular blower, and also sometimes a thermostatic expansion valve (TXV), it is a 15 SEER system.

3 to 3.5 Tons
The Goodman CAPF3743D6 evaporator coil is rated for a 3 to 3.5 ton output. In many system configurations, this coil may be larger in tonnage than its paired condenser. This is intentional, to maintain the overall efficiency of the entire system.Please note that in order for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately.
Warranty
The CAPF3743D6 coil is covered under Goodman’s standard 10 year parts warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local codes, the coil is paired with a compatible condenser, and the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.
The Goodman CAPF3743D6 evaporator coil is able to be installed in upflow and downflow applications. With its rust-resistant, thermoplastic drain plan, water retention rate is significantly lower than previous models. For even more enhanced durability, the cabinet is made of a strong galvanized-steel with a leather-grain finish. If you ever need to perform maintenance on your coil, there is a split-seam on the front of the casing for easy internal access. Please note that this coil will not work as a replacement for any single-piece air handler coils.
The CAPF3743D6 evaporator coil’s foil-faced insulation lowers air leakage, increasing the amount of air flow going into your ductwork, keeping you more comfortable while decreasing the unit’s run time. With compatible equipment, the CAPF3743D6 evaporator coil lives up to Goodman’s enhanced comfort and efficiency standards at a reasonable price.

- Still working well after almost 5 years.Installed this new Goodman 1.5 ton 410A condensing unit with matching 1.5 ton indoor coil and 40K BTU upflow heater in our rent house in June 2021. After completing a very thorough Manual J to calculate the necessary unit size I was skeptical about a 1.5 ton unit. Even in Oklahoma's high heat summers and frigid cold winters the tenants tell me it works great. We did install all new insulation in the exterior walls and attic prior to the new unit so I know that helped, but, I am still amazed what this 1.5 ton unit can do in a 1500 square foot house when correctly installed with proper insulation, supply ducting, and return sizing. I did replace the igniter in the heater in Oct 2023, but no other issues.

- very pleased with your serviceI am very pleased with your service. It's always very quick and efficient. However I was not pleased with the Goodman product my company last received. After installing the unit for the costumer the compressor did not work. It has caused a lot of turmoil with the customer and many unpaid labor hours for my company.
