An ACiQ combination system is a great choice to keep your home warm all season long. With tons of extra features and a great price, the N96MSN0802120A is a perfect choice for heating.
All ACiQ models come with a 10 year parts warranty and 20 year heat exchanger limited warranty. Not intended for use in mobile homes.
Designed to be a high-efficiency furnace, the ACiQ N96MSN0802120A is a money saving unit to provide heating throughout even the coldest months of the year. With its multi-positional design, this unit is a good all-around choice for nearly any application.
The ACiQ N96MSN0802120A has an input of 80,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 76,800 BTU. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while only 4% is lost out of the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All furnaces at this efficiency (90% and above) requires plastic/PVC flue venting, and if metal flue venting is required for your installation, an 80% efficient furnace would be needed instead. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost. Please note that this furnace is not Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.
ACiQ offers 10 year parts warranty and lifetime (20 year) heat exchanger limited warranty. Please note that in order for these warranties to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.
With its ability to be installed in any configuration, upflow, downflow, or horizontal, the ACiQ N96MSN0802120A is very versatile in application potential. The unit has a durable outer casing that can withstand wear-and-tear through its entire lifetime, providing the peace of mind that your home will stay comfortable year-round. Please note that this furnace is not intended for use in a mobile home on its own.
ACiQ takes pride in its ability to provide a high-quality system, including all system components. Leaving no exception, the END4X36L21A vertical coil is a superior option for almost any application while maintaining the entire uni°s efficiency with a factory-integrated TXV kit for enhanced energy optimization.
The ACiQ END4X36L21A is rated for up to 3 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser. Please note that this item cannot operate independently from a compatible condenser and blower or furnace, each available at an additional cost.
ACiQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on their coils when they are installed following your state and local codes, as well as the system is paired with a certified system matchup. Please note that in order to obtain the entire length of this warranty, the entire unit must be registered through the manufacturer.
The Santa Fe Ultra70 was the first compact whole house ventilating dehumidifier built for tight, low-clearance installs. It removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day and covers homes up to 1,800 square feet, which makes it a strong match for smaller houses, condos, and apartments.
Ducted into your HVAC system, the Ultra70 controls humidity everywhere at once instead of one room at a time. That means no musty basement smell, no clammy upstairs bedrooms, and no conditions that let mold and wood rot get started.
The cabinet measures 12" W x 12" H x 28" L and converts between horizontal and vertical airflow discharge, so it works in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, basements, and crawl spaces alike. Now running R454B refrigerant, it exceeds Department of Energy efficiency standards and is built at Santa Fe's headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
The Ultra70 gives you three ways to install it. Tie it into your existing HVAC system with a dedicated 8" return and a supply connection with backdraft damper. Run it on its own separate ductwork. Or set it freestanding in a basement or crawl space when ducting isn't practical.
Both the return air inlet and supply air outlet use 8" duct collars. The back panel comes configured for horizontal flow through and rotates for vertical flow through with a T20 torx bit, which is what lets the same unit work in an attic, a closet, or under a floor.
Fresh air ventilation is optional and simple to add. A "T" into the inlet duct brings outdoor air into the system to dilute pollutants and maintain normal oxygen levels indoors, and the volume is adjustable with a range of dampers and controls.
Santa Fe warrants the Ultra70 Dehumidifier to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The unit includes a 5-year limited warranty, with extended coverage on select components. Warranty coverage may vary based on installation, application, and registration requirements. Refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for complete warranty details.
Dehumidifiers live in the roughest parts of a house. The Ultra70 is built from heavy-duty steel with components chosen to hold up to damp air, dust, and temperature swings over years of runtime.
Inside, a high-efficiency refrigeration coil, compressor, and fan work together to pull more moisture using about 15% less energy than comparably sized units. The R454B refrigerant charge lowers the environmental impact compared to earlier models while keeping performance where it needs to be.
The MERV-13 filter comes standard and pulls fine particles out of the airstream as the unit works. Vacuum it regularly and swap it every six months. The unit operates between 49°F and 95°F, plugs into a standard 115V grounded outlet at 5.4 amps, and ships with a 9 ft. cord.

Owners report quick shipping often within 3 to 4 days, straightforward DIY installation on 60,000 and 80,000 BTU models, and strong heating performance, including easily warming 1,500 to 1,700 sq ft homes and operating reliably after 3 months to 5 years, with quieter operation and lower gas or electric bills compared to 17- to 30-year-old units. Some noted issues such as a leaking flexible gas line, a stripped fan screw, duplicate filter housing, propane conversion confusion, and occasional shipping delays or poor carrier communication.
