At an output of 2 tons, the Goodman CHPTA2426B4 evaporator coil is ready for almost any horizontal application that matches that output need. In entire system configurations, the coil will be either larger or the same size as the condenser's tonnage. As such, the tonnages of the coil and the condenser may be different in order to maintain the unit's efficiency. Please note that for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately. This coil is not designed to replace a coil in a single-piece air handler.
The CHPTA2426B4 coil is covered under Goodman's standard 10 year parts warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local codes, the coil is paired with a compatible R410A condenser, and the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.
The Goodman CHPTA2426B4 horizontal evaporator coil is designed with aluminum tubing and fin coils, lowering wear and tear on the unit. The coil also comes with a TXV kit factory-installed, making it one less thing for your installer to have to install, lowering installation costs. For easier maintenance access, the front of the coil's durable cabinet has a split-seam.
The Goodman CHPTA2426B4 horizontal evaporator coil's built-in TXV kit provides a significant increase in refrigerant control, increasing the overall efficiency of the entire system and providing a more precise temperature output to make you more comfortable in your home. On top of that, the coil has a mold-resistant, thermoplastic drain pan set that lowers potentially dangerous particle buildup. The Goodman MBVC1201AA-1 is a variable speed modular blower designed for heating in more compact spaces. Designed to work alone as a straight electric furnace or to work with an AC or heat pump system, the MBVC1201AA-1 is an energy efficient choice that is compatible with ComfortNet communicating technology, all providing an enhanced comfort to your home.
The Goodman MBVC1201AA-1 modular blower has an output that is rated to match up to a 1.5 to 3 ton system. Although not always the case, in order for a paired air conditioning or heat pump system to function at peak heating and cooling efficiency, ideal system configurations will have the coil within the range of this modular blower. Please note that in order for the modular blower to provide straight electric heating, a compatible electric heat kit is required, available to be field-installed at an additional cost.
Goodman offers a 12 year parts warranty on their variable speed modular blowers when your installation that follows your state and local codes. Please note that in order for the warranty to be upheld, you must register the unit online through the manufacturer.
The Goodman MMBVC1201AA-1 modular blower is designed to be flexible in installation application. With its small form factor and ability to work with a separate AC or heat pump coil, the unit is easily installable. For durability, there is foil-faced insulation inside the cabinet, and the outer casing is constructed from strong galvanized steel.
The Goodman MBVC1201AA-1 uses a variable speed ECM blower motor, providing precise adjustments to keep your home’s temperature as stable as possible.
