- Beware dumb wiring method.Great product if you use the CTK04AE. Otherwise it is a nightmare and costly. Wiring this in any other way than a smart communicating system using anything other than the CTK04AE will result in pain and excess cost to operate. Power consumption was 2x and BTU was 1/2 without the communicating controller unit.
