The ACIQ-AirQuest PHB436000K000B has an output of 3 tons. With an efficiency rating of 13.4 SEER2, this unit will perform well while keeping money in your pocket over lower SEER models. The ACIQ-AirQuest PHD436000K000K will heat down to 17°F, much lower than other models, providing you a higher efficiency more of the time over straight electric heating. Please note that to head any lower than this, you will need to install a backup heat kit, available at an additional cost.

- Nice unit but lousy interface.This unit runs very quietly & works well; seems to be a very good buy for the money. Hookup however is poor. Normally & logically, the power leads connect directly to the main relay. Here the main relay is mounted on the circuit board & jammed up close to the sidewall. So there are pigtail leads that you have to connect to. Much worse, for the thermostat, there are again pigtail leads that you have to connect to rather than have a simple & labeled terminal strip to easily connect to. What makes it worse is they don't use the standard color code for "Common". Rather than the standard Black or Blue color, they use Brown. It is in the manual, however the manual is not located in the compartment where you do all the hookups. They put it in the compressor compartment. Failure of the main relay is a common & understandable issue in AC units, but easily swapped out. Here, it'd be difficult.
