The Santa Fe Ultra70 was the first compact whole house ventilating dehumidifier built for tight, low-clearance installs. It removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day and covers homes up to 1,800 square feet, which makes it a strong match for smaller houses, condos, and apartments.
Ducted into your HVAC system, the Ultra70 controls humidity everywhere at once instead of one room at a time. That means no musty basement smell, no clammy upstairs bedrooms, and no conditions that let mold and wood rot get started.
The cabinet measures 12" W x 12" H x 28" L and converts between horizontal and vertical airflow discharge, so it works in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, basements, and crawl spaces alike. Customized Installation and Operation
The Ultra70 gives you three ways to install it. Tie it into your existing HVAC system with a dedicated 8" return and a supply connection with backdraft damper. Run it on its own separate ductwork. Or set it freestanding in a basement or crawl space when ducting isn't practical.
Both the return air inlet and supply air outlet use 8" duct collars. The back panel comes configured for horizontal flow through and rotates for vertical flow through with a T20 torx bit, which is what lets the same unit work in an attic, a closet, or under a floor.
Fresh air ventilation is optional and simple to add. A "T" into the inlet duct brings outdoor air into the system to dilute pollutants and maintain normal oxygen levels indoors, and the volume is adjustable with a range of dampers and controls.

Great unit! Showed up on time and in great condition. Packaging was excellent and very secure. All pieces were included. Got the plenum kit which came with a lot of metal screws too. Unit hooked up and is working great! I was without heat so having these guys to talk with and sort out details was key to my purchase. Contacting them during shipping to make sure everything was on time was easy and no hassle. Unit was well priced and I feel I got a great deal over all and isn't that what it's all about?
If I ever upgrade and add A/C I'll be buying from here only. Once you treat me right you keep my business until you don't. Only fair.

This furnace is replacing a Goodman I installed in 2002. Everything went smoothly but I wished it would be easier to read the wiring markers. I pretty much had to lay on the floor to see them because they're marked on the bottom not the top of the connections.

this A2L3SA board seems to work good. However it was a little more difficult to install then the OEM boards. In the instructions it would be more helpful if things were written out and not abbreviated.

First time installing a Goodman, I have replaced quite a few of the older models. Everything hooked up fine only issue was shutting off the R32 sensor , didn't realize i needed to do that until it was to late. Took a few attempts to reset the codes but after a quick video on YouTube from their links it was fixed. Over all I'm very happy with it and so is the customer. It's nice when the install takes less that 6 hours start to finish.

Everything from the beginning to the end was a great experience and even a better unit. The only thing I'd like to suggest is to put stickers on the shipping box and on the A-Coil itself to indicate that the R-32 sensor is locate inside the A-Coil box.
