The AQ-GLXS3BN4810 condenser is a 4 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the AQ-GLXS3BN4810 can usually cover a medium to large house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.
13.4 SEER2
The ACiQ AQ-GLXS3BN4810 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Due to efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

The AQ-GLXS3BN4810 condenser comes with ACiQ's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.

4 Tons
At an output of 4 tons, the ACiQ AQ-CHPTA4830C3 evaporator coil is ready for almost any horizontal application that matches that output need. In entire system configurations, the coil will be either larger or the same size as the condenser's tonnage. As such, the tonnages of the coil and the condenser may be different in order to maintain the unit's efficiency. Please note that for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately. This coil is not designed to replace a coil in a single-piece air handler.

The AQ-CHPTA4830C3 coil is covered under ACiQ's standard 10 year parts warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local codes, the coil is paired with a compatible R32 condenser, and the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.

The AQ-GR9S801005CX ACiQ gas furnace is 100,000 BTU's. This BTU count is a measure of the input of the furnace per hour, while the output of this furnace is 80,000 BTU's (100,000 X 80% AFUE) per hour. In ideal climate conditions, this 100,000 BTU furnace is usually used to heat a medium to large house.
80% Efficiency Rating
The AQ-GR9S801005CX ACiQ gas furnace is 80% efficient, and the standard furnace efficiency on the market today. This means that 80% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home and the remaining 20% is lost out of the flue venting. Please note that all 80% furnaces must be vented using metal flue venting, while anything higher than 90% efficient must be vented using plastic/pvc venting.
In California, many counties have a lower NOx emission requirement than the rest of the United States. The AQ-GR9S801005CX ACiQ gas furnace is California Low NOx compliant. With a built-in low emission filter, this ACiQ gas furnace produces less nitrogen oxides to be released into the atmosphere, lowering the overall amount of toxic greenhouse gases output of the average California home.
Please note that this furnace cannot be installed in the following counties in California: Fresno, Joaquin, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Merced, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Stanislaus, and Tulare. The AQ-GR9S801005CX ACiQ gas furnace is a single stage furnace has only one heat output. Regardless of the indoor temperature, this furnace will burn at 100% output whenever the thermostat calls for it. Like a light switch, this furnace's burner will either be on or off and nothing in between. A single stage furnace is the standard efficient furnace since every time your furnace turns on the furnace uses the same amount of energy.
Natural Gas or LP Furnace
From the factory, the AQ-GR9S801005CX runs on natural gas. However all ACiQ gas furnaces can be converted to propane using the furnace's corresponding LP conversion kit, an optional accessory at an additional cost that consists of a replacement set of orifices and springs.
