The ACiQ N80MSN1102120A has an input of 110,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 80%, this means that the furnace has an output of 88,000 BTU. The 80% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 80% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 20% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 80% furnaces require metal flue venting, and if you need it to be plastic/PVC venting a furnace with an efficiency of 90% or above is required. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost. Please note that this furnace is not Low NOx or Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.
Warranty
ACiQ offers 10 year parts and 20 year heat exchanger limited warranties. Please note that in order for the heat exchanger and parts warranties to be upheld, the unit must be registered through the manufacturer within 90 days of installation. The installation must also follow your state and local codes.

The ACIQ R5A5S60AKAWA air conditioner condenser has an output of 5 tons, generally enough to cool a large house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. I had delivered an ACiQ 80% 110,000 BTU furnace. It is working great. I replaced a high efficiency 90% Bryant that had a known secondary heat exchanger issue. I watched The DIY HVAC Guy on youtube that recommended that all high efficiency units are crap and to go back to 80%. He couldn't be more right. The unit is running fine with no problems. The install was easy. I had to redo the ducting as per his instructions. The price i paid $1,300 compared to what Bryant installers wanted $13,000 was a no brainer. If you have mechanical hands and like stop watch How To youtube videos, get this one! You wont be disappointed. The heat is excellent a d the fan is 3 times more powerful than I used to have. Excellent unit thay will last 30+ years.

At present we’re not using the heat but unit is performing well with external AC unit.
Returned thermostat due not being able to be incorporated into existing system. Return was painless and prompt reimbursement.

I got into an arguement with my family though when I read 3 ton I assume it was going to be very heavy so I spent money on a specialized tool to pick it up but when it showed up it wasn’t heavy in fact I could carry it myself I don’t like the fact my family argued with me about it but I wished I wasn’t a fool and assumed it was going to be 3 ton who even knows what the hell tonnage mean I just wish there was some kind of bigass bright letters and words saying it’s not actually 3 ton
