This air handler is well-suited for smaller residential applications, delivering dependable airflow and temperature control when paired with a compatible outdoor unit. Please note that for this unit to provide cooling, an outdoor condenser is required for it to function. The unit can support electric heating as a straight electric furnace or as a backup for a heat pump, offered at an additional cost to be field installed.

Installation and Maintenance

The AC-I-18AH14 is a fully multi-positional air handler, meaning that it can be installed in upflow, downflow, and both horizontal left and right configurations. The front panels can be removed for easy access to its internal components for maintenance.

Warranty

ACiQ offers a 7 year parts limited warranty on this air handler. Please note that in order for the warranty to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.
