OVERVIEW
ACIQ PTAC Heat Pump Air Conditioners will keep you or your guests comfortable in any weather, all while saving you money. ACIQ uses high efficiency heat pumps to provide heat in most conditions with backup electric resistance heat for the coldest days. 12,000 BTUs of heating or cooling is the right size for up to 550 sq ft. This ACIQ 12,000 BTU model requires 208-230V of power at 15.3 amps, and requires a NEMA 6-20R receptacle to power the unit and the included 3.5kw heat strip. ACIQ PTACs use environmentally friendly R-32 refrigerant, but are not rated for California. The 10.5 EER ACIQ unit is an excellent choice for anyone in need of a PTAC unit for new construction or to replace an existing unit.

- Great unitBought to replace my 5 year old Amana that blew a fan for the second time. HVAC direct was great helping me pick out the proper unit. Got it in 3 days. Took 45 minutes to pull the old unit and replace.
Only issue I has was the instructions for the dip switches seemed to be marked differently from one image to the other in the manual. But all is good and a 7 year warranty makes me happy too.Posted on
