OVERVIEW
ACIQ PTAC Heat Pump Air Conditioners will keep you or your guests comfortable in any weather, all while saving you money. ACIQ uses high efficiency heat pumps to provide heat in most conditions with backup electric resistance heat for the coldest days. 15,000 BTUs of heating or cooling is the right size for up to 700 sq ft. This ACIQ 15,000 BTU model requires 208-230V of power at 22 amps, and requires a NEMA 6-30P receptacle to power the unit and the included 5kw heat strip. ACIQ PTACs use environmentally friendly R-410a refrigerant, but are not rated for California. The 10.6 EER ACIQ unit is an excellent choice for anyone in need of a PTAC unit for new construction or to replace an existing unit.

- Good & BadPrice was good, service was excellent (called 2x and got great assistance). Delivery was bad because I was told by the salesman that the shipper would contact me a day ahead but the shipper did not, instead because I called HVAC Direct I was then told it was a "no sign" delivery that meant the trucker would drop it off at the top of my driveway next to the street and drive away (confirmed by the driver), leaving a $1000 product vulnerable to theft and weather. But because I called HVAC Direct on the day my delivery was going to occur, they told me it would be that day and the lady I spoke with helped by calling the shipper and asked them to call me when my delivery was eminent and the driver did call so I was present when he came by. Clients need to be informed of this and they need to demand a signed delivery.
