The ACIQ mobile home air conditioner, electric furnace, and coil is the next generation of HVAC products designed specifically for mobile homes. This mobile home heat pump will provide comfort to your home in all-electric system setups.
ACiQ RDS Kit Features
Line sets are the copper lines which connect an outdoor condensing unit/heat pump to an inside air handler or evaporator coil. Line sets are available in different lengths and diameters to fit most applications.
The ACIQ-MH36BU3VWEC coil is designed to be a perfect fit for many mobile and manufactured home HVAC split system applications. Designed with sweat fit/braze fittings and a sturdy, compact design, this downflow evaporator coil allows for a quick and easy installation process with compatible equipment.
The ACIQ-MH36BU3VWEC evaporator coil is rated to be compatible with condensers with up to 3 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser.
Note: Do not use heavy duty plastic drain pans on oil furnaces or other applications where outlet temperatures may exceed 290℉ +/-5℉. Specify metal drain pans for these applications.

The ACiQ-EFS1020FD-MH electric furnace is a reliable heat source for almost any mobile home application. With its easy installation and maintenance, this unit will provide comfort to your home in all-electric system setups.
The ACiQ-EFS1020FD-MH is generally able to heat up to a small mobile home in average installations. Models with electric heat include sequencers and temperature limit switches for safe, efficient operation. Modules are easily installed in the field using molex plugs or can be ordered factory-installed. Controls are accessible from the front for easy service. Disconnect does not protrude through the wall panel.
Hassle-free five-year limited parts warranty.
The ACiQ-EFS1020FD-MH electric furnace is designed to be easily installed for a faster process, lowering labor costs. The filter is also easy to wash or replace, lowering maintenance costs.
The ACIQ R5A5S30AKAWA is a standard AC-only condenser. Designed with comfort in mind and an inexpensive but higher-than-standard efficiency option for nearly any application, this condenser is considered a good all-around option for almost any application.
The ACIQ R5A5S30AKAWA air conditioner condenser has an output of 2.5 tons, generally enough to cool a small to medium size house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function or provide any sort of heating on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The ACIQ R5A5S30AKAWA air conditioner condenser is rated at 14.3 SEER2, making it between 5-7% more efficient than standard 13.4 SEER2 units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit.
ACIQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.
The cabinet of ACIQ units are extremely durable. On the R5A5S30AKAWA, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.
Disclaimer: This condenser contains R454B refrigerant, which is classified as an A2L refrigerant. To comply with safety standards, this unit must be paired with an R454B air handler or evaporator coil equipped with a leakage detection system. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in safety hazards and could void the warranty. Please call us at 1-888-557-9206 if you have any questions.
All ACIQ condensers come pre-charged with enough refrigerant for a 15-foot line set, making installation faster and more convenient. This pre-charged design saves installers time and reduces labor costs by eliminating the need for manual refrigerant charging. It also helps ensure the system starts with the correct amount of refrigerant, minimizing the risk of improper charging that could impact performance and efficiency. If a longer line set is required, your installer will need to add additional refrigerant to maintain optimal operation.
Multiple buyers report strong cooling performance and measurable savings, including one homeowner who cut their electric bill by 20% while maintaining temperatures within 1°F of the thermostat setting and another who reduced installation costs from $8,800 quoted locally to under $2,700 DIY, with installs often completed over a weekend and units running reliably for up to three years. Feedback highlights quiet operation, efficient cooling in 90°F to 115°F heat, and helpful support, though some noted shipping dents, a missing filter box, tracking difficulties, minor coil or fin damage, and small installation adjustments like upgrading thermostat wiring or brazing a liquid line coupling.
