When it comes to delivering massive airflow with energy-efficient performance, the Big Ass POWERFOIL® 6 HVLS Industrial Fan stands in a class of its own. Designed for large industrial and commercial environments, this fan doesn’t just move air, it transforms the way spaces feel, perform, and operate. With its cutting-edge aerodynamics and rugged construction, the POWERFOIL 6 is engineered to improve comfort, enhance safety, reduce cooling costs, and support year-round air circulation in even the most demanding settings.
Powerfoil 6 is comparable to Basic 6 HVLS Fans. Both provide high-volume, low-speed airflow for large industrial and commercial spaces. However, the Powerfoil 6 is a more advanced, performance-focused solution. It features a stronger airfoil design, enhanced motor technology, quieter operation, improved energy efficiency, and greater durability for demanding, continuous-use environments.
Your purchase includes the Powerfoil® 6 HVLS fan, a 2 ft. extension tube, Wired Standard Controller, and beam mount.
Big Ass Fans provides a 7-year mechanical warranty and a 3-year electrical warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use when the fan is installed and operated according to the manufacturer's instructions. Warranty coverage begins as outlined by Big Ass Fans and is subject to all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations.
For complete warranty details, coverage requirements, and exclusions, please refer to the Big Ass Fans Warranty Document.
The POWERFOIL 6 uses big, high-efficiency blades and advanced low-speed, high-volume (HVLS) technology to move more air than most industrial fans, while consuming far less energy than traditional high-speed alternatives. This means wide-area coverage, uniform airflow, and consistent climate control without the noise, turbulence, or power drain of conventional fans. The fan’s optimized blade design reduces drag and maximizes thrust, creating a smooth, comfortable breeze that can improve worker comfort and productivity throughout the facility. Durability and reliability are at the core of the POWERFOIL 6’s design. Built with industrial-grade materials, the fan is ready to withstand the challenges that come with warehouse floors, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other heavy-use environments. With precision-engineered components and a robust drive system, this fan operates efficiently for years with minimal maintenance—delivering airflow performance you can count on.
Whether you're operating a small warehouse or a large manufacturing facility, the Powerfoil 6 industrial fan is the perfect entry-level solution for enhancing employee comfort and productivity. With its durable design, smooth, powerful performance, and world-class support, you can't go wrong with Powerfoil 6.
