With a system input of 60,000 BTU, The Style Crest-Revolv MG2R-B060F1ACM1 furnace can generally heat small to medium mobile homes in ideal applications. With a high efficiency rating of 95% AFUE, this input equates to an output of 57,000 BTU, and 95% of the fuel going into the unit is contributed to heating your home and only 5% of the fuel is lost out of the flue venting and is used up in normal furnace operations. The GLXS4BA4210 Goodman condenser is a 3.5 ton unit, meaning that it can cover up to a small home in an ideal climate. In some unit bundles, the required AC coil may be larger than this condenser in tonnage. This is intentional, as it maintains the unit's efficiency.
14.3 SEER2
The GLXS4BA4210 AC-only conditioner can be up to 14.3 SEER2 in efficiency when paired with the proper equipment. As the standard efficiency on the market for all states, this unit is average in efficiency. Every SEER2 point is 5-7% more efficient than the one lower than it, saving you money the higher the SEER2 rating of the unit. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Warranty
The GLXS4BA4210 condenser comes with Goodman's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.

The ACiQ-MH48BU4VYEC evaporator coil is rated to be compatible with condensers with up to 4 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser.
Note: Do not use heavy duty plastic drain pans on oil furnaces or other applications where outlet temperatures may exceed 290℉ +/-5℉. Specify metal drain pans for these applications.
