With tons of extra features and a great price, an ACIQ furnace and heat pump system is the perfect choice for all of your heating and cooling needs for any time of year. All ACIQ models come with a 10 year parts warranty.
Designed to be a high-efficiency furnace, the ACiQ N96MSN1002120A is a money saving unit to provide heating throughout even the coldest months of the year. With its multi-positional design, this unit is a good all-around choice for nearly any application.
The ACiQ N96MSN1002120A has an input of 100,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 96,000 BTU. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while only 4% is lost out of the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All furnaces at this efficiency (90% and above) requires plastic/PVC flue venting, and if metal flue venting is required for your installation, an 80% efficient furnace would be needed instead. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost. Please note that this furnace is not Ultra Low NOx compliant and if shipped to California may be subject to a mitigation fee.
ACiQ offers 10 year parts warranty and lifetime (20 year) heat exchanger limited warranty. Please note that in order for these warranties to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.
With its ability to be installed in any configuration, upflow, downflow, or horizontal, the ACiQ N96MSN1002120A is very versatile in application potential. The unit has a durable outer casing that can withstand wear-and-tear through its entire lifetime, providing the peace of mind that your home will stay comfortable year-round. Please note that this furnace is not intended for use in a mobile home on its own.
Inverter - The ACIQ-48-HPD 4 ton Extreme series central inverter heat pump utilizes inverter technology to convert AC power to DC, allowing the compressor inside your condenser to speed up and slow down. This allows the system to self-adjust BTU output based on demand. As the weather changes, so will your system output.
Learning Condenser - Equipped with advanced sensors, this condenser monitors indoor and outdoor air temperature, duct pressure, refrigerant temperature, and overall performance. During the initial startup, it enters a learning mode that optimizes future operations for maximum efficiency by collecting and storing data.
Adaptive Sizing - With its self-adjusting inverter design, the ACIQ-48-HPD can be sized based on your heating needs. Standard heat pumps may cause discomfort during summer when sized for heat, but this unit automatically adjusts to function like a smaller unit, ensuring ideal cooling performance without excess humidity.
Extreme Heat Technology - "Extreme Heat" means extended temperature range heating all the way down to -22°F. Traditional heat pumps cannot produce significant heat below about 30°F outside temperature. Below that threshold, they rely on expensive backup electric heat. The ACIQ-48-HPD uses the inverter to vary the refrigerant flow, allowing for maximum heat extraction during extreme cold temperatures. The backup electric heat supplements the heat pump, and only takes over below -22°F. The heat pump gives 100% at 0°F, and still gives 80% at -22°F, saving you up to 75% on cold weather heating bills.
Boasting an efficiency rating of 16.5 SEER2, the ACIQ-48-HPD provides versatile comfort across a range of climates by providing reliable comfort with a variable output that eliminates short cycling for lasting efficiency. Use our sizing calculator (found HERE) to determine the demand for your home.
The Santa Fe Ultra70 was the first compact whole house ventilating dehumidifier built for tight, low-clearance installs. It removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day and covers homes up to 1,800 square feet, which makes it a strong match for smaller houses, condos, and apartments.
Ducted into your HVAC system, the Ultra70 controls humidity everywhere at once instead of one room at a time. That means no musty basement smell, no clammy upstairs bedrooms, and no conditions that let mold and wood rot get started.
The cabinet measures 12" W x 12" H x 28" L and converts between horizontal and vertical airflow discharge, so it works in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, basements, and crawl spaces alike. Now running R454B refrigerant, it exceeds Department of Energy efficiency standards and is built at Santa Fe's headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
The Ultra70 gives you three ways to install it. Tie it into your existing HVAC system with a dedicated 8" return and a supply connection with backdraft damper. Run it on its own separate ductwork. Or set it freestanding in a basement or crawl space when ducting isn't practical.
Both the return air inlet and supply air outlet use 8" duct collars. The back panel comes configured for horizontal flow through and rotates for vertical flow through with a T20 torx bit, which is what lets the same unit work in an attic, a closet, or under a floor.
Fresh air ventilation is optional and simple to add. A "T" into the inlet duct brings outdoor air into the system to dilute pollutants and maintain normal oxygen levels indoors, and the volume is adjustable with a range of dampers and controls.
Santa Fe warrants the Ultra70 Dehumidifier to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The unit includes a 5-year limited warranty, with extended coverage on select components. Warranty coverage may vary based on installation, application, and registration requirements. Refer to the manufacturer’s documentation for complete warranty details.
Dehumidifiers live in the roughest parts of a house. The Ultra70 is built from heavy-duty steel with components chosen to hold up to damp air, dust, and temperature swings over years of runtime.
Inside, a high-efficiency refrigeration coil, compressor, and fan work together to pull more moisture using about 15% less energy than comparably sized units. The R454B refrigerant charge lowers the environmental impact compared to earlier models while keeping performance where it needs to be.
The MERV-13 filter comes standard and pulls fine particles out of the airstream as the unit works. Vacuum it regularly and swap it every six months. The unit operates between 49°F and 95°F, plugs into a standard 115V grounded outlet at 5.4 amps, and ships with a 9 ft. cord.

ACIQ takes pride in its ability to provide a high-quality system, including all system components. The ACIQ-48-ACL-B multi-positional A-coil stands out as a superior choice for various applications, ensuring optimal unit efficiency through its factory-integrated TXV kit, maximizing energy optimization. With its outstanding performance features and versatile orientation options, this coil becomes the ultimate solution for achieving unmatched comfort in your home.
The ACIQ-48-ACL-B is rated for up to 4 tons of heating and cooling. With its ability to be installed with either an AC-only condenser or a heat pump condenser, this unit is ideal for many applications. In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser. Please note that this item cannot operate independently from a compatible condenser and blower or furnace, each available at an additional cost.
Across multiple installations, buyers report quieter operation, faster warm‑up, and lower gas bills compared to older units, including 17‑, 20‑, and 30‑year‑old Carrier and Goodman furnaces, with one unit heating a 1,700 sq ft home in Illinois and another 60,000 BTU model easily heating 1,500 sq ft. Installation is frequently described as straightforward with good packaging and quick shipping, though some noted shipping delays, minor damage, a leaking flexible gas line, a stripped fan screw, or confusion during propane conversion.
