The two burner stages controls how much heat is needed based on the demand of your house, toggling between partial and full heating capacity as necessary. A propane conversion kit is included for easy transition to utilizing liquid propane as its fuel source.

This furnace cannot be installed in Colorado or the following counties in California: Fresno, San Joaquin, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Merced, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Stanislaus, Yolo, and Tulare.
