The ACIQ R5A5S36AKAWA air conditioner condenser has an output of 3 tons, generally enough to cool up to a medium size house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Please note that this condenser cannot function or provide any sort of heating on its own, and it needs an indoor coil or air handler to work. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The ACIQ R5A5S36AKAWA air conditioner condenser is rated at 14.3 SEER2, making it between 5-7% more efficient than standard 13.4 SEER2 units, saving you money in electric bills over the entire lifetime of your unit.
Warranty
ACIQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.

The cabinet of ACIQ units are extremely durable. On the R5A5S36AKAWA, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.

In some packages, this coil will be larger than its paired condenser, which will increase the overall efficiency of the entire unit, but the coil should never be smaller than its paired condenser. Please note that this item cannot operate independently from a compatible condenser and blower or furnace, each available at an additional cost.
Warranty
ACIQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on their coils when they are installed following your state and local codes, as well as the system is paired with a certified system matchup. Please note that in order to obtain the entire length of this warranty, the entire unit must be registered through the manufacturer.

With an efficiency of 96%, this means that the furnace has an output of 76,800 BTU, meaning that it is generally suitable for medium-sized houses in ideal climates. The 96% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 96% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 4% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 96% furnaces require plastic/PVC flue venting, and if you need it to be metal flue venting to match your current setup, you would need to get an 80% efficient furnace. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost.

OVERVIEW
The Santa Fe Ultra70 was the first compact whole house ventilating dehumidifier built for tight, low-clearance installs. It removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day and covers homes up to 1,800 square feet, which makes it a strong match for smaller houses, condos, and apartments.
Ducted into your HVAC system, the Ultra70 controls humidity everywhere at once instead of one room at a time. That means no musty basement smell, no clammy upstairs bedrooms, and no conditions that let mold and wood rot get started.
The cabinet measures 12" W x 12" H x 28" L and converts between horizontal and vertical airflow discharge, so it works in mechanical rooms, closets, attics, basements, and crawl spaces alike. Customized Installation and Operation
The Ultra70 gives you three ways to install it. Tie it into your existing HVAC system with a dedicated 8" return and a supply connection with backdraft damper. Run it on its own separate ductwork. Or set it freestanding in a basement or crawl space when ducting isn't practical.
Both the return air inlet and supply air outlet use 8" duct collars. The back panel comes configured for horizontal flow through and rotates for vertical flow through with a T20 torx bit, which is what lets the same unit work in an attic, a closet, or under a floor.
Fresh air ventilation is optional and simple to add. A "T" into the inlet duct brings outdoor air into the system to dilute pollutants and maintain normal oxygen levels indoors, and the volume is adjustable with a range of dampers and controls.

It did what I wanted it to do it’s okay
I got into an arguement with my family though when I read 3 ton I assume it was going to be very heavy so I spent money on a specialized tool to pick it up but when it showed up it wasn’t heavy in fact I could carry it myself I don’t like the fact my family argued with me about it but I wished I wasn’t a fool and assumed it was going to be 3 ton who even knows what the hell tonnage mean I just wish there was some kind of bigass bright letters and words saying it’s not actually 3 ton

Everything was great besides a dent in the coil. Looks like damage occurred before shipment .

It took a hit hard enough to bend the wire grill and fins. The super nice shipping box was untouched . But when the thick corrugated shipping cardboard was removed, there was the dent which seemed to be there before it was shipped. The liquid line was bent (but not kinked) off to the side as well.
Was I happy about that ? No. But it needed to be put in service and I was glad to find a 410a unit at this point.
I can't see the dent from my house as they say. But it should have been a "scratch and dent special" in my opinion.

The AC started right up after finishing the brazing, purge and vacuum. The only minor thing is the 3/8" liquid side needs a coupling brazed on to get a strong connection. I like that a filter drier was included and the build quality was significantly better than the equipment I was ripping out.
