At a rated capacity of 9,000 BTU, the output of the ACIQ-09ZS-HP230C when paired with a matching air handler can easily cover a small to medium room in ideal climates. Thanks to the unit's high-efficiency rotary compressor and an inverter-integrated motor, the ACIQ-09ZS-HP230C has an efficiency of 24.6 SEER2. With such a high system SEER2 rating, the system can heat and cool almost any space suitable for its output much more efficiently than most standard central split systems.

Warranty

The warranty on the ACIQ-09ZS-HP230C is a 5 year parts and 7 year limited compressor warranty. With online registration and an installation following your state and local installation codes, the limited compressor warranty will increase to 12 years.

Durability and Reliability

ACIQ condenser coils are covered in a durable Gold Fin protective coating, providing enhanced resistance to corrosion even in harsh climates. Extended performance is a given with the ACIQ-09ZS-HP230C with continued operation at outdoor temperatures down to -4°F.

Installation and Maintenance

ACIQ single zone condensers are pre-charged for up to 25' of line set. To provide low-maintenance operation, the ACIQ-12Z-HP230 is equipped with a self-cleaning function, allowing it to use airflow to clean the air handler's heat exchanger and other components when enabled. Please note that this model of equipment does not have quick connect line set connectors and is not a DIY unit. Installation materials such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip and disconnect are not included, but are available at additional cost in the Accessories section on this page. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed. The automated cleaning function will clean your system, but it is recommended to periodically clean the unit's filters manually in addition.

Intelligent Heating and Cooling

The ACIQ-09WS-HP230C air handler is designed with a soft LED display on the front of the unit giving you information at a glance. The display shows room temperature by default but can also show temperature setpoint changes and mode changes. To ensure your unit runs properly throughout its lifetime, this display will also show any error codes from its self-diagnosing control board. The display can be switched off if desired, and the included smart remote has a built-in LCD display to show these notifications as well.

WiFi Options

This unit does not have integrated WiFi compatibility, but the Cielo Breeze WiFi thermostat, found under Accessories is a universal 3rd party product that makes your system compatible with the free Cielo Home app, as well as popular smart home control systems such as Google Home and Alexa. Upgrading to the Breez gives you internet-based control over the unit from anywhere in the world. Please note that in order to function, this air handler must be installed with a condenser and other installation equipment, available at an additional cost if not already included in this product bundle. You will need a separate Cielo Breeze thermostat for each air handler that you wish to control wirelessly.

This insulated refrigerant line set for mini split systems comes as a pair, including both the liquid line and suction line. It is used to connect the indoor air handler to the outdoor condenser. The line set is 35’ feet long. The liquid line has 1/4 inch outside diameter flared ends. The suction line has 3/8 inch outside diameter flared ends.

E Liteis a plastic pad designed as a mounting base for air conditioning condensers. The rugged design provides uniform and generous ribbing for optimum, self-leveling ground support without inserts. E Lite is injection molded from polypropylene, resulting in a pad that is lightweight, but not too light. A subtle texture prevents unit slide and presents a classic appearance, which is enhanced by rounded edges and a concrete gray color. Each pad is molded with its size in raised letters.

This wall mount bracket is perfect for outdoor mini split condensers. The length of the the wall bracket arms are 17” long. The condensing unit is mounted onto the L-shaped brackets and fastened using the bolts and anti-vibration washers provided.
