12,000 BTU, 23.1 SEER2

At a rated capacity of 12,000 BTU, the output of the ACIQ-12ZS-HP230C when paired with a matching air handler can easily cover a small to medium room in ideal climates. Thanks to the unit's high-efficiency rotary compressor and an inverter-integrated motor, the ACIQ-12ZS-HP230C has an efficiency of 23.1 SEER2. With such a high system SEER2 rating, the system can heat and cool almost any space suitable for its output much more efficiently than most standard central split systems.

Please note that this model of equipment does not have quick connect line set connectors and is not a DIY unit. Installation materials such as line sets, control wire, drain hose, whip and disconnect are not included, but are available at additional cost in the Accessories section on this page. You will need a professional to add more refrigerant and vacuum the lines as needed. The automated cleaning function will clean your system, but it is recommended to periodically clean the unit's filters manually.

ACIQ Floor Mounted air handlers are ideal for sun porches and attic rooms where space to mount a standard high wall unit is not available. Sometimes called a heat console type air handler, these units surface mount low on the wall, near or on the floor. The shape is wider, taller and slightly shallower than the high wall unit. These are ideal for sun porches where the only wall space is below windows, or attic remodels with knee-walls, where vertical high walls may not be available.

Optimized for Heat

Like a high wall mount, these units take in return air at the top edge and deliver it at the bottom. This is ideal for heating. By delivering warm air at floor level, stratification due to heat rise is eliminated. When you put the unit into cooling mode, the airflow direction is reversed for better air mixing in the room.

This wall mount bracket is perfect for outdoor mini split condensers. The length of the the wall bracket arms are 17” long. The condensing unit is mounted onto the L-shaped brackets and fastened using the bolts and anti-vibration washers provided.
