80% Efficiency Rating

The AC-N-KG7SA-045C-T23A2 ACiQ gas furnace is 80% efficient, which meets the market's minimum furnace efficiency standards. This means that 80% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home and the remaining 20% is lost out of the flue venting. Please note that all 80% furnaces must be vented using metal flue venting, while any furnace with an efficiency of 90% or higher must be vented using plastic/PVC venting.

Natural Gas or LP Furnace

From the factory, the AC-N-KG7SA-045C-T23A2 runs on natural gas. However all ACiQ gas furnaces can be converted to propane using the furnace's corresponding LP conversion kit, an optional accessory at an additional cost that consists of a replacement set of orifices and springs.

ACiQ offers a lifetime heat exchanger and a 10 year parts limited warranty. Please note that in order for the warranty to be upheld, installation following your state and local codes are required, along with timely registration through the manufacturer.
